How pricing works on a prepaid growth platform
This page shows plans and discounts, but the numbers only make sense once you know how the wallet, the pricing engine and the marketplace fees fit together. Here is the full picture, in the same order the platform applies it.
Prepaid, not postpaid
You never receive an invoice after the fact. You add balance with a payment method available for your country and currency, prices are shown in your display currency (USD, BRL, EUR or MXN), and each order holds the exact quoted amount from your balance. Behind the wallet sits a double-entry ledger: every deposit, hold, charge, refund and bonus is a pair of balanced entries, which is why your available balance, reserved funds and refunds always add up.
Bonus credit lives in a separate account inside the same wallet. It is spent before your cash, it only pays for growth services, it can never be withdrawn and it never funds a marketplace purchase. When an order is refunded, cash and bonus come back in the same proportion in which they were charged.
Where the price of a service comes from
Every published service has either a list price set by us or a reference cost plus a published markup rule. Rules can target a platform, an action such as followers or views, a country, a customer tier or one specific product; the most specific rule that matches wins. The same rule set is used by the storefront, the order form and the API, so a quote is identical no matter where you request it.
The routing engine chooses the supplier with the best measured quality for your order, not the cheapest one. If a supplier becomes too expensive to serve a service at its published price with a healthy margin, that supplier is removed from the route for that service. The published price is never silently raised to fit a supplier’s cost.
Discounts stack in a fixed order
Prices are quoted per 1,000 units for most services and per order for packages. The engine first computes the subtotal, then applies your tier discount, then a volume discount if the order reaches one of the USD thresholds, then a coupon if you entered one. If the discounted total falls below the minimum order value of that service, the minimum applies. Only then is the amount converted into your wallet currency, with the current exchange rate plus a small spread, and rounded up to the cent.
- Tier discount: attached to your plan’s tier and read live on this page.
- Volume discount: thresholds in USD so they behave the same in every currency.
- Coupons: percentage or fixed amount; fixed coupons must match your wallet currency and each coupon has a per-account limit.
- Deposit bonus: earned on top-ups that reach a threshold, credited as bonus, not cash.
Choosing between Retail, Agency and Reseller
Retail is the default plan on a free account: a dashboard, a wallet and single orders on every published service, with refill, cancellation where supported and automatic proportional refunds. Agency adds the tools a team needs to run several clients: mass orders in one submission, projects that group orders per client and sub-users who share your wallet with the permissions you choose. Reseller adds the REST API, scoped keys with an optional IP allowlist, signed webhooks and the SMM v2 compatible endpoint that lets other panels add you as a supplier.
Plans are activated by our team after you sign up, so the right path is to create a free account, deposit, and open a support ticket when you need Agency or Reseller. White label is different: it is a storefront of your own, on your domain, with your catalog and your prices, running on the same engine. Commercial terms for white label are agreed directly with us.
Marketplace fees for sellers and buyers
Listing an asset is free on every seller plan. When a deal settles, a success fee is deducted from the sale price: 10% on Seller Free, 7% on Seller Pro and 5% on Seller Business, with a minimum fee of 10 USD per deal. The buyer pays a separate protection fee of 3% on top of the price. Funds stay held by the platform through a 72-hour inspection window, and the seller’s payout is released after a 3-day hold. All of these values are read from the storefront configuration, not typed into this page.
